WHO WE ARE
ABOUT RYAN AND SARAH LATHAM
For twenty years we have served in local churches with attendance from 100 up to multi-site churches with attendance of over 4,000. We have been privileged to lead youth ministries, internships and a leadership college. Our experience has highlighted the fact that leadership health affects the entire church, and that many pastors want more support and services than they can afford.
Our desire is to come alongside pastors to bring high quality, customized leadership development and support to their church.

The process of identifying and understanding your unique skills, talents, and potential. This involves self-reflection, feedback, assessments, and experiences, enabling individuals to recognize their innate abilities and how they are uniquely wired.
DEVELOP
The creation of a strategic plan to enhance and maximize the discovered skills and talents. This includes setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and celebrating milestones.
DEPLOY
Actively utilizing the developed skills, talents, and potentials in real-world scenarios, leading to personal growth and contributing to the growth of others. It’s about applying one’s unique abilities to multiply potential, create impact, and drive success both individually and collectively within the organization.
